Ja de lensquilt, ik dacht klaar te zijn. Maar toen ik de middelste rijen aan elkaar ging zetten, bleek dat de buitenste blokken niet goed waren. Dat wordt dus weer uithalen deze week.

|The lensquilt. I thought the top was almost finished. But when I was sewing the middle rows I found out that the outside blocks weren't wright. So I have to undo them this week.

Als afleiding ben ik aan een kerstquiltje begonnen. Ik had ooit een foto gezien op internet. Heb via facebook het patroon weten te krijgen.

As a diversion of the lensquilt I started with a Christmasquilt. On the internet I found a picture of a  christmastree. I managed to get the pattern from one of my facebookfriends.

Omdat ik de orginele quilt te groot vind, heb ik eerst alle onderdelen uitgeknipt en op A4  geplakt. Vervolgens ingescand en toen verkleind. Daarna de blokken op theezakjespapier getekend.

Because the original quilt is to big, I cut all the parts and glued them on A4 paper. Then I made a pdf file of the papers and I decreased them. Then I draw the blocks on tea bagpaper.
